| Abstract: | University teachers joining in teaching means university teachers taking teaching as the most important task and throw themselves into teaching with their time, energy and efforts. Many foreign countries have studied their factors of influence on teachers commitment to teaching, the relationship between teaching and research, faculty time allocation and their responsibility of teaching. All these studies will give us beneficial enlightenment. |
