| 摘 要： | 在"双高"建设背景下对高职院校"工匠精神"培育路径进行探析,旨在使高职院校毕业生能够具备时代所需的"工匠精神",服务当前经济社会高质量发展,为我国产业转型升级提供高素质技能人才支撑。"双高"建设下高职院校"工匠精神"培育需要完善基于"工匠精神"的人才培养机制,打造高水平双师队伍,构建基于人才培养质量评价的"PDCA"运行模式,以及加快高职教育由层次向类型转变。

| Abstract: | Under the background of "double-high" construction, this paper analyzes the cultivation path of "the spirit of workmanship" in higher vocational colleges, aiming to enable graduates of higher vocational colleges to possess the "the spirit of workmanship" required by the times, serve the current high-quality economic and social development, and provide high-quality skilled personnel supporting for China’s industrial transformation and upgrading. The cultivation of "the spirit of workmanship" in higher vocational colleges under the construction of "double-high" requires the improvement of the talent training mechanism based on "the spirit of workmanship", the creation of high-level double-qualified teachers, the construction of "PDCA" operation mode based on the evaluation of talent training quality, and the acceleration of the transformation from level to type in higher vocational education. |
