| 摘 要： | 本文从村民自治的理论内涵着手，分析了其在中国农村政治生活民主化、法制化建设中的重要作用。村民自治这种特殊的自治组织产生于中国共产党的领导和民主集中制的社会背景下，凸现出积极效应与消极影响的双重性。最后，针对村民自治组织的特殊表象，提出了一系列对于村民自治组织建设有推进作用的规范化举措。
