| 摘 要： | 空间信息已成为区域发展的战略性和基础性资源。其有效交换与服务是区域空间信息基础设施建设的目标。目前存在着多源、海量、异构、分散的区域空间信息急需有效管理。为此，应以“整合→共享→服务”为技术路线建设区域空间信息基础设施，将空间信息数据分为专题（行业）数据、综合数据和元数据，并分别通过综合空间信息管理中心和行业空间信息管理中心共同协作实现集散式的数据管理，随后讨论了综合空间信息管理中心和行业空间信息管理中心的组成，提出了加强空间数据管理和信息共享的建议措施。

| Abstract: | The geo -spatial information has become the important basic information resources and the platform to integrate information resources .This target of regional geo -spatial information infrastruc-ture is to effectively exchange information and supply public services .T he heterogeneous and dispersed regional spatial information must effectively be managed .Therefore ,the technology roadmap of ＂Inte-gration→sharing→services＂is first briefly introduced and discussed .There are three kinds of data ,in-cluding specialty data ,comprehensive data and metadata .The regional geographic spatial information centers are implemented by the centralized and distributed management mode .The components of the regional geographic spatial information centers is discussed .Finally ,the paper puts forward advices to strengthen management of the spatial data and information sharing . |
