| 摘 要： | 对我国饭店目前的经营状况作了一个较为全面的介绍,对饭店集团化目前存在的障碍作了深刻的剖析.我国饭店集团化可以通过资本关系和经营协作关系等方式,由众多饭店组织共同组成的经济联合体,并结合国家政策导向选择饭店集团的发展模式,中国饭店肯定能够实现集团化,一定能够和国外品牌饭店相抗衡.

| Abstract: | This paper first makes a more complete introduction of the current management condition of the hotels in our country, and thoroughly analyzes the existing obstacles for the collectivization of hotels. Through ways of capital relation and cooperative management relation, etc, several hotels can be combined into the economic union. With choosing the developing mode of the hotel group under the government directing policies, China's hotels are bound to realize the collectivization and to compete with foreign famous hotels. |
