中美建设工程项目管理的实践比较

摘    要:中美两国项目管理发展的起讫点不同,发展速度有所差别,具体差异主要表现在两国项目管理的实践环节,具体体现在业主、承包商、设计院、合同文件、招投标过程等五个方面。通过五个方面的对比与分析,说明中国的工程项目管理运作模式远远落后于美国,最后综合分析指出中国的项目管理应如何发展才能适应新的国际形式,才能走向快速高效的发展之路。

Abstract:The development course in project management of China and the United States has different beginning and ending, as well as different development speed. The differences are concretely displayed in the practice sector of two countries' project management mainly, including five aspects: owner, contractor, designing institute, contract, bidding course. Through comparisons and analyses of these five aspects, it proves the project management operation mode of China lags far behind that of U.S.A.. The final synthetical analyses points out how to develop Chinese project management to fit into the new international form, and to move towards the fast and high-efficient developing road.
