| 摘 要： | 城镇化水平是反映区域经济发展和社会进步的重要标志,对城镇化水平的正确认识,是制定区域城市群体发展战略的重要前提。通过中原城市群与国内城市群的城市化水平对比分析,认为中原城市群城市化水平相对较低;同时通过与工业化水平和经济发展水平的对比分析,认为中原城市群城市化水平相对滞后;以此得到对中原城市群城市化水平的正确认识。最后用量化的方法对中原城市群的城市化水平进行了预测。在对中原城市群城市化水平进行分析的过程中,从区域城市化的角度对河南省提出的发展中原城市群的政策措施进行了解读。

| Abstract: | The level of urbanization is an important symbol to reflect the economy and society development of one area. Scientific judgment to urbanization level is an important postulate of setting out the development strategy of urban agglomeration in one area. Through comparing and analyzing the urbanization level of central Henan urban agglomeration and that of other parts of China, this paper concluded that the current situation of central Henan urban agglomeration is low; by contrasting industrialization level with economic development level of central Henan urban agglomeration, the conclusion is that urbanization in central Henan urban agglomeration is below normal level. finally, urbanization in central Henan urban agglomeration is forecasted quantitatively. Furthermore, through analysis on urbanization in central Henan urban agglomeration, this paper gave a reasonable explanation about policy to central Henan urban agglomeration set out by Henan province government. |
