硫酸铝渣作混合材对水泥性能影响的研究

摘    要:生产硫酸铝排出的尾渣,是一种具有富含活性SiO2的人工火山灰材料,部分替代矿渣作水泥混合材,可以明显缩短水泥凝结时间,提高水泥28d强度,但标准稠度需水量明显增加。适当提高熟料矿物组成中C3A的比例,或掺加适量石灰石作混合材,以及对硫酸铝渣进行粉磨预处理等措施,对水泥性能的影响值得进一步研究。

Abstract:Aluminum sulfate tailings excluded from the proctuction of aluminum sulfate is a sort of man-made pozzolanic material, which contains reactivity SiO2, If it is partly relaced by slag, the setting time of cement can be shortened obviously, and the strength 28d increased, but the amount of water needed by standard consistency also increased. Therefore, it is worth researching the influnce on cement property while taking such measures as:to increase proper ratio of C3A composed by clinker minerals, to mix proper limestone as mixed materials, and to conduct grinding beforehand to Aluminum sulfate tailings.
