| 摘 要： | 随着社会的发展与变革,一些大学的实用性、功利性越来越明显,高等教育的育人属性越来越被弱化,大学成了＂精神本能退化的工场＂,使人失去了自我和生命本能。但就教育的本质而言,无论时代如何变迁、大学如何发展,高等教育的育人本质始终是不会改变的。大学就是因为其培养人才的基本社会功能而存在的,高等教育首先培养的是＂人＂,其次才是＂人才＂。高等教育只有坚守＂育人为本＂才是正道,高等教育必须回归育人的本质。

| Abstract: | With the social development and change,practicality and utility of some universities are more obvious than ever,whereas the attribution of higher education to educate people becomes less and less.Universities became the＂the workshop of degradation of spiritual instinct,＂and people lost the instinct of themselves and life.But as far as the essence of education concerned,no matter how the times change and how universities develop,the nature of higher education to educate people is not going to be changed.The existence of university is based on its social function of educating people,the basic function of higher education is to educate people to be ＂person＂,and then to be ＂talent persons＂.Sticking to ＂educating people＂is the right path of higher education,and higher education must return to the essence of educating people. |
