摘    要:选择不同抗性的8个烤烟品种(系),在其烟苗5~7叶期接种烟草普通花叶病毒普通株系(TMV-U),移栽人大田30 d后比较了8项生理生化指标的变化.结果表明:1)各品种质体色素含量、淀粉含量的变化与品种抗性之间无明显相关性,而MDA含量、Pro含量、NR活性和SOD活性与品种抗性之间密切相关.2)抗病品种感染TMV后SOD活性下降或明显下降,而多数感病品种体内SOD活性却呈现明显增加趋势.3)达到“免疫或抗”水平的有NC102,NC297两个品种,带毒后可能是通过体内维持MDA含量相对稳定或者大幅增加NR活性来抵抗TMV的危害;而达到中抗水平的红花大金元品种则可能是通过大幅增加自身Pro含量来抵抗TMV的危害.

Abstract:Eight flue-cured tobacco varieties (lines) with different resistance to TMV were selected, and during their 5--7 leaves period of tobacco seedling inoculated with TMV usual strain (TMV-U) , the changes of 8 physiological and biochemical indexes were compared after being transplanted 30 days in fields. The results showed that : 1 ) there were no obvious correlations between the different resistant varieties and changes of plastid pigment content, starch content while there were closely relations between the varieties and changes of malonic dialdehyde (MDA) content, praline (Pro) content, nitrate reductase (NR) activity and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity. 2)the SOD activity decreased a little for the resistant varieties after being inoculated with TMV while the activity of SOD was increased significantly for most cultivars susceptible to TMV. 3 )the NC102 and NC297 of "I or R" levels to TMV had a ca- pacity against the virus through maintaining relatively stable MDA content or increasing greatly the activity of NR;and the "MR" level flue-cured tobacco variety of Honghuadajinyuan against the virus is through increasing significantly its Pro content.
