教师教育专业化理论探析及云南实践的思考

摘    要:进入21世纪以后,教师职业日益成为一种专业,世界范围内的教师教育也都朝着专业化方向发展。专业化理论是教师教育专业化发展的基石。要实现云南教师教育的专业化发展,应该从以下几方面加快云南的教师教育改革:1.创办具有地方特色的云南高师院校及相关师资培训机构;2.加强云南基础教育与高师教育的衔接;3.探索适合于云南省省情的教师教育发展模式;规范云南省教师教育的各项制度。

Abstract:Teaching specialization is becoming a major and in the world teacher education is developing towards the specialization since 21th century. The theory of specialization is the basis of the development of teachers' education specialization, so we should speed up the teacher education relorm ot Yunnan from below: 1. To set up teachers colleges with Yunnan unique features and teachers training institutions; 2. To enforce the connection of Yunnan primary education with teachers college education. 3. To look for the suitable teachers educational developing mode in Yunnan and standardize the various systems of teachers education of Yunnan.
