| 摘 要： | 云南高校贫困大学生问题呈现贫困面大、贫困程度较深的特点,贫困生存在因贫困引发的诸多心理问题。高校对贫困生的认定标准不够准确,对受助贫困生心理关注较为欠缺,其助学过程有待更公开透明。应建立科学认证体系,完善现行资助制度,在考证等费用上实行减免,并引导贫困生正视贫困问题,鼓励其自强自立,变等待资助为自我帮扶。

| Abstract: | The problems of poor students in Yunnan colleges or universities appear the characteristics of width and depth and the poor students have many psychological problems triggered by poverty.Except that,the determination standards for poverty in colleges or universities are not accurate enough and little attention is given to those recipients′ psychology,and the process of aiding the poor students also needs to be opener and more transparent.Based on these situations,colleges and universities should establish the scientific certification system,perfect the current aid system,and reduce or remit the fees in obtaining the certificates and other similar aspects.Furthermore,they should guide impoverished students to face the problem of poverty,encourage their self-improvement and self-reliance,and in the end make them change the idea of waiting for aid to that of self helping and supporting. |
