| Abstract: | After China joined WTO, a college journal must seize the opportunities and challenges produced by global economic integration and put the promotion of the journal academic quality in the first place. The editer must have the new consciousness synchronizing in modern times, including consciousness of the chosen topics, consciousness of top-quality work, consciousness of legal quality, consciousness of information and consciousness of service, and then he can be in an unassailable position in the keen competition. |
