| 摘 要： | 自我中心倾向对学生的成长发展影响极大.中学生自我中心的形成与其所受教育及社会生活有密切联系.解除中学生的自我中心倾向是中学生心理健康教育的重点.为了解除中学生的自我中心倾向,需要提高中学生的自我评价能力,培养学生社会视角的转换技能,鼓励学生积极参与社会实践活动,在活动中培养良好品德.

| Abstract: | The self-centeredness tendency has great influence upon the students' sound growth and development. The formation of middle school students' self-centeredness has close connections with their education and social life. It should be regarded as a focal point of middle school students' mental-health education to free their self-centeredness tendency. In order to attain the objective, we should improve their self-judgement capacity, cultivate their transformational technique of social visual-angles, encourage them to take part in public practical activities actively and cultivate their fine moral character in their activities. |
