| Abstract: | The choice of exchange rate system should be in agreement with the monetary standard system. In modern system of credit currency, it is the inexorable trend of the development of floating exchange rate system. Chinese exchange rate system is substantially the pegged exchange rate system that pegs to the American dollar and it has its own systematic shortcomings. For this reason, Chinese exchange rate system is to establish a floating exchange rate system that is truely manageable. |
