| 摘 要： | 新社会阶层在我国出现的时问并不长，但它已成为构建社会主义和谐社会的重要力量。共产党应该通过统一战线来团结新社会阶层，以集中智慧、凝聚力量。在开展统一战线工作中，对新社会阶层的认识存有一些误区，文章对此进行了初步分析，并进一步论析了对新社会阶层开展统一战线工作的必要性及工作重点。
