| 摘 要： | 教练员是篮球比赛中的灵魂，他临场的指挥直接影响整个比赛。因此，篮球教练员在临场指挥过程中，要有敏锐的观察能力，思维反应要敏捷，判断要果断、准确，从而在最短的时间里洞察攻守双方交锋的基本情况，准确地找出比赛双方在攻守方面存在的主要问题，分析攻守矛盾的焦点；同时，思考构建解决主要矛盾的办法和措施，及时调整布署战术配合方案，运用战术的变化，制约对方优势的发挥，并善用避实击虚、扬长避短、集中优势、攻其要害等战术打法，争取比赛胜利。

| Abstract: | The coach's conduction always affects the result of the match and so the coach is the soul of the match. As an excellent coach, he should have brilliant observation ability during the match. He should find out the definite power situation between two teams in the shortest time. And then he should find out the most important problems existing in the attact and defend so that he could adjust his own players and formation and win the match finally. |
