| 摘 要： | 作为国家第二批资源枯竭型城市，黄石肩负着经济转型的历史使命。文章从黄石城市转型现状出发，依据资源枯竭型城市转型基本理论，借鉴国内外资源枯竭型城市转型的基本经验，对黄石城市转型的必然性、机遇及转型方向做了分析，并对黄石城市转型模式进行了研究。

| Abstract: | As one of the second batch of national resource -exhausted cities, Huangshi has the historic mission of the economic transformation. This paper begins with the present status of the transformation of Huangshi City. Then according to the basic theory and the experiences at home and abroad about the transformation of resourceexhausted cities, it analyzes the necessity, opportunities and direction, and does research on the pattern in the transformation of Huangshi City. |
