| 摘 要： | 邓小平关于农业问题的法律思想对我国农业发展和农民增收有重要指导意义。现行政府对“三农”问题的关注，反映了农业发展和农民增收存在着较大问题，本文针对农业发展和农民增收的现状及原因。从法律角度提出一些关于农业发展和农民增收的法制建设的建议。

| Abstract: | Deng's legal idea on agriculture is a guiding ideology to the development of our agriculture.Now,government is paying a good deal of attention to agriculture,rural area and farmers.It reflects that there are lots of problems with the development of agriculture and the increase in farmer's income.This paper raises some suggestions on the development of agriculture and the building of the legal system for the increase in farmer's income according to the current situation of agriculture. |
