| 摘 要： | 皮革马利翁效应揭示的教育规律是只要倾注热心与关怀，进行持之以恒、坚持不懈的赏识教育，就可以点石成金，化腐朽为神奇。它给思想品德教育的重要启示是，必须做到情理交融，重视过程，重用赞扬、激励方法。
