| 摘 要： | 目前，烟草企业已经站在一个新的更高起点上，面临的任务更为艰巨，肩负的责任更加重大，机遇与挑战并存。因此，国家烟草专卖局明确提出了当前和今后一个时期的总体目标——即建立“严格规范，富有效率，充满活力”的中国烟草。笔者认为要实现这一总体目标，使烟草企业科学发展，就必须全面提高执行能力，不断提升管理效率。本文主要从提高企业执行力现状和必要性进行分析研究，以探讨提升企业执行力的途径与方法，促进管理效率的全面提升，推进建设富有效率的烟草企业。

| Abstract: | At present,tobacco companies have a new stand on a higher starting point,faced with more difficult task and shouldered more important responsibilities with opportunities and challenges.As a result,the State Council clearly puts forward general requirements at present and for a period-"strict norms,efficiency and full of vitality."The author believes that it is necessary to improve the implementation capacity and the efficiency of enterprises if we want to achieve the overall requirements so that tobacco companies make scientific development.This article mainly analyses and researches the improvement of business implementation status and necessity,in order to study and upgrade measures and methods of the implementation capacity,promote the overall advance of the enterprises efficiency and strive to build efficient tobacco companies. |
