| 摘 要： | 构建风险管理文化是一个漫长的过程,笔者从风险管理文化的概念出发,深刻剖析当前农村信用社加强风险管理的必要性和存在的问题,并针对自身实际,提出了构建风险管理文化的措施。也只有构建合理的风险管理文化才能有利于新经济条件下农村信用社的快速发展,才能增强农村信用社的整体竞争实力。

| Abstract: | Building a risk management culture is a long process,from a risk management culture concept,a profound analysis of the current rural credit cooperatives and the need to strengthen risk management problems,and for their actual,the author proposed building a culture of risk management measures.Only to construct a reasonable risk management culture to new economic conditions conducive to the rapid development of rural credit cooperatives,can the overall competitive strength be enhanced. |
