| 摘 要： | 汽车专业毕业生在找工作时,每个毕业班总有3-5人去各大保险公司,做查勘员、定损员等工作。我院汽车工程系也开设汽车保险与理赔课程,但主要是教授知识体系,忽视了学生专业能力和社会能力的培养。学生学完该课程后,普遍感到知识零散、不能处理各类案件。本文介绍笔者如何以学院开展教师"职业能力培训与测评"工作为契机,进行工作过程导向的汽车保险与理赔课程改革与实施。

| Abstract: | When looking for job, at least 3-5 students in each class of the automobile graduates went to big insurance company, working as auditor and assessor. Automobile department of Xingtai Polytechnic College offers car insurance and compensation course, but mainly teaching knowledge, neglecting the students＇ professional ability and social skills cultivation. After learning this course, the students generally feel they can＇t handle all kinds of cases with scattered knowledge. Taking college teachers ＂teaching ability assessment＂ work as an opportunity, this paper develop the working process oriented car insurance and manage compensate curriculum reform and implementation. |
