探访高等职业教育本质属性的理论原点

摘    要:高等职业教育的本质属性是指它本身必然具有的并决定高等职业教育的性质、面貌和发展,区别于其他教育类型特有的特征、特性,也是高等职业教育质的规定性。这种质的规定性理论原点是教育性与职业性,也是高等职业教育最一般的本质属性。高等性、技能性、应用性、人文性是高等职业教育类的特殊属性。至于实践性、大众性、社会性、就业性、适应性、多样性、导向性、产业性、中介性等,则是高等职业教育本质属性派生出来的从属属性。

Abstract:Quite different from other various types of education, the nature of advanced vocational education refers to its essence inherent in itself, which decides the nature, aspect and development of the advanced vocational education. Since its regularity, which is the most common nature of advanced vocational education, the base of theory is instructive and occupation-oriented. The uniqueness of advanced vocational education lies in its superior level, technical skills, practical use and its humanistic nature. And then some special properties, such as practicality, popularity, adaptivity, diversity, intermediary, and its social, occupation-oriented, directional, industry-oriented nature, are all subject to advanced vocational education.
