电芬顿-吸附还原沉淀组合工艺处理电镀废水研究

摘    要:电镀综合废水成分更加复杂,而新颁布的排放标准更为严格,这导致传统处理工艺存在困难。本研究采用电芬顿.吸附还原沉淀组合工艺,在试验验证基础上进行了方案设计和成本分析。结果表明,电芬顿.吸附还原沉淀组合工艺处理电镀综合废水可确保出水水质稳定达到《电镀污染物排放标准》(GB21900-2008)中表3要求,与传统工艺相比具有投资低、运行成本低等优点,具有推广应用价值。

Abstract:The components of plating and finishing industrial wastewater are complex, which makes it more difficult to meet the new issued standards. In this research, Electro-Fenton and XHC technology is applied and proposal design and cost analysis are carried out based on the experiments. Results show that the outlet can firmly come up to the Emission Standard for pollutants Electro-plating by the method of Electro-Fenton and XHC. The method of Electro-Fenton and XHC has the advantages of low investment, low cost compared to the traditional methods, and has the high value of application.
