| 摘 要： | 通过办公自动化系统的建设,可以有效的规范企业的工作流程和员工的工作行为,因此,开发出一套完整的办公自动化系统是企业信息化建设的迫切需要。而在公自动化系统建设中的文档管理方面,不少企业存在电子文档众多、管理混乱、效率低下等诸多问题。本文对办公自动化系统中的文档管理模块进行了设计与开发研究,将有效的提升企业的管理效率。

| Abstract: | Through the construction of OAS,the workflow of enterprises and work behavior of staff can be effectively normalized.So,the development of a whole set system for OA is a must for enterprise＇s information construction.Now,enterprises have some problems in document management,such as numerous electronic document,management chaotic,low efficiency.Through project management Module Design in OAS,office automation technology and the new management model will be effectively combined,which will resultfully upgrade management efficiency of any enterprises. |
