| 摘 要： | 在经济高速发展的今天,各种假冒伪劣现象层出不穷,假货已浸入到我们社会生活中的各个领域,有些不法分子不惜借用他人的生命和鲜血来聚集自己的＂财富＂,使中国的医药市场出现了某种程度的混乱。本文以假冒伪劣药品的含义探析为基础,从药品的流通环节寻找假冒伪劣药品泛滥的原因,从而提出治理策略。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of the social economy,different kinds of counterfeit commodities appears,fake goods had immersed in every field of our society.Some lawbreakers tried every means to gather fortune,even at the cost of other’s life,making certain chaotic in medicine market in China.This article,based on the analysis of the definition of the counterfeit medicine,offered us the reason of counterfeit medicine abuse from the circulation link,and put forward some countermeasures. |
