| 摘 要： | 首次利用亲合毛细管电泳法精确测定了培氟沙星、氧氟沙星、左氧氟沙星、诺氟沙星、氟罗沙星、洛美沙星、环丙沙星和依诺沙星等8种氟喹诺酮药物的等电点,8种药物的等电点依次为6.55、6.70、6.70、6.70、6.45、6.70、6.70和6.70。

| Abstract: | The isoelectric points of 8 kinds of fluoroquinolones including Pefloxacin,Ofloxacin,Levofloxacin,Norfloxacin,Fleroxacin,Lomefloxacin,Ciprofloxacin and Enoxacin,have been determined by means of affinity capillary electrophoresis(ACE) in this paper.The isoelectric points are 6.55,6.70,6.70,6.70,6.45,6.70,6.70 and 6.70,respectively. |
