| Abstract: | In information society theoretical circles should pay more attention to the functions of scientific and technical periodicals, such as authenticating, disseminating, and appreciating sci-tech information. In this way the periodicals cultivate social creative awareness and train sci-tech personnel. It is these roles that propel our society forward. |
