试论家庭教育与学校教育的合作边界

摘    要:当前,家庭教育与学校教育之间存在合作边界模糊不清的问题,具体表现为学校教育向家庭教育的"越界"、家庭教育对学校教育的"干预",以及家庭教育和学校教育的"不对等"。要解决这些问题,需要明确家庭教育与学校教育的合作边界。根据贺来的边界理论,家校双方的合作边界具体包括:领域分化,凸显"主体自觉";自我限制,做"能为与当为"之事;开放互补,实现家校"良性互动"。与此相适应,家校双方的合作边界可以从三个方面加以维持:明确家校双方的教育权利与职责;建立家校双方"互利共生"的愿景;构建"学校-家庭教育共同体"的合作机制。

Abstract:There is a problem of ambiguous cooperation boundaries between family education and school education, which is embodied in the "cross-border" between school education and family education, the "intervention" between family education and school education, and the non-equivalence relationship between family education and school education. To solve these problems, it is necessary to clarify the cooperation boundary between home education and school education. According to He Lai’s boundary theory, the boundaries of cooperation between home and school include: domain differentiation, highlighting "subject consciousness";self-limitation, doing "what can be done and what should be done";openness and complementarity, and realizing "healthy interaction" between home and school. Correspondingly, the cooperation boundary between the two sides of the family can be maintained in three aspects: clarifying the educational rights and responsibilities of both the home and school;establishing the vision of "mutual benefit and symbiosis" between the home and school;building a "school-family education community" cooperation mechanism.
