| 摘 要： | 在班级社会学的语境里,红人是班级中一种特殊的群体存在,它包括正式结构的和非正式结构的两种类型。在教育实践中,班级红人应然具有多重角色功能,具体表现为班级运行的中继者、班级力量的凝聚者以及班级冲突的缓冲者。因而,为进一步凸显班级红人在班级管理中的角色功能,应采取澄清班级红人的角色认知、完善班级红人的生成机制、彰显班级红人的示范功能以及强化班级红人的约束监督等策略加以优化。

| Abstract: | In the context of class sociology,the celebrities are a special group in the class.It includes two types:formal structure and informal structure.In educational practice,the celebrities should have multiple role functions:relayers for class operation,cohesion of class strength,and buffers for class conflicts.Therefore,in order to further highlight the role and function of class celebrities in class management,we adopts to clarify the role cognition of class celebrities,to improve the generation mechanism of class celebrities,to highlight the demonstration functions of class celebrities,and to strengthen the restraint and to supervision of class celebrities and other strategies to optimize. |
