| 摘 要： | 跨越发展的伟大实践,迫切呼唤特色鲜明的地域文化提供精神动力和文化支撑.构建并打造代代相传、永续发展的地域文化,将山海文化这一富涵特色、充满活力、充满连云港风格和气派的地域文化加以研究、推介,并努力使之在全省乃至全国地域文化殿堂中占有一席之地,可谓当务之急.弘扬山海文化,就是要充分放大山海文化的能动效应.充分吸纳外来的一切优秀文化元素,做大、做强、做优山海文化,把山海文化作为凝结连云港人情感的根系,作为激励连云港人创业的血脉,作为推进连云港崛起振兴的内生动力,继而进发出不绝的创业激情,涌流出不竭的创新动力,激荡永不懈怠的创优追求,共同建设山海相拥、风景怡人、富强文明的国际性海滨城市.

| Abstract: | Developing by leaps and bounds in practice,our city urgently calls for distinctive regional culture to provide spiritual motivation and cultural support.It is the task of top priority to construct the regional culture which will develop continuously and can be handed down from age to age,to study and popularize our mountains and sea culture which is magnificent and vigorous,containing styles of Lianyungang and characteristics of the city and to make great efforts to make it occupy a tiny space in the whole province and even cultural palace of our country.To carry forward mountains and sea culture means to fully enlarge the effect of mountains and sea culture,to fully absorb all excellent culture from the outside world,to make our mountains and sea culture excellent,to regard it as the roots which condense the emotion of the people of Lianyungang,as the blood vessels encouraging the people of Lianyungang to start an undertaking,as the endogenous motive force revitalized,and then make them burst out the undertaking passion without cease,flow out the innovative motive force without exhaustion,and pursue the brilliance without slack,and jointly build our city a beautiful,prosperous,strong and civilized international seashore city. |
