| 摘 要： | 先进性是马克思主义政党的一个突出特点,它是由党的性质和宗旨所决定的。党组织的先进性与党员个体的先进性是辨证统一的。从党诞生的历史看,党的先进性体现于整个新民主主义革命的进程之中,这是历史发展的必然趋势。党的先进性是党的执政之源,更是党的领导核心的保证。
