| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,随着少数民族和各类教徒入粤,其与当地族群的矛盾时有发生。在表面的经济利益之下,深层根源在于彼此之间文化的差异。包括外来工为适应地理环境采取的文化方式、饮食、技艺、制度、精神等文化要素不同所致,并由此产生基于外来工就业的地区和行业结构不同而扩大文化差异、民宗非政府组织发展滞后、管理乏力,以及文化安全等存在问题。就此提出建立应对矛盾的预警机制,管理模式创新,加强文化认同和职业培训,扩大相关宣传等对策与措施。
