高职教学质量观与教学质量控制

摘    要:高等职业技术教育的教学质量是一个动态发展的概念,不同历史条件下有不同的教学质量观,选择和确定什么样的质量观,直接影响着教学质量的控制和办学特色的形成。在先进教学质量观的前提下,高职教育的教学质量控制要从教学输入质量、教学运行质量和教学输出质量方面加以控制,并通过树立先进的教学质量观、建立科学的评价体系等途径,实现教学质量控制,不断提高教学质量。

Abstract:Teaching quality of higher vocational education is a concept of dynamic development ,and also different teaching quality depends on different historical conditions.Selecting and defining what quality concept influences teaching quality control and formation of college characteristics.On the basis of con-cept of advanced teaching quality,teaching quality control should start with teaching in-put quality,teaching operation quality and digit out-put quality.Meanwhile,concept of advanced teaching quality and scientific assessment system should be set up to promote teaching quality control and improve quality.
