| 摘 要： | 目前，在职业教育领域中都提倡“校企融合”，然而，学校和企业两个育人主体在人才培养中到底该如何融合；学校和企业两种育人环境到底该如何在人才培养中发挥作用；两支队伍在运行中到底该如何管理；学校和企业这两种文化如何融合成为一种“职业文化”等问题，这些都是值得思考和探索的，文章以三门峡职业技术学院酒店管理专业的冠名学院为例，对以上这些问题进行探索与思考。

| Abstract: | At present, in the occupation education advocate of＂ school-enterprise integration＂, however, the school and the enterprise two education in cultivating talents is how the integration of schools and enterprises; two kinds of educational environment in the end how to play a role in talents cultivation; two teams in the operation of the school and how the management; the two culture how to merge into one＂ occupation culture＂ wait for a problem, these are worth thinking and exploration, the article above these problems to explore and thinking, hope to solve these problems of other professional school-enterprise integration has demonstrative effect and significance. |
