| 摘 要： | 我国学术界对马克思的"重建个人所有制"存在着各种不同的理解,从马克思本人所提供的论据来看,重建"个人所有制"既不是重建"生活资料所有制",也不是重建"生产资料所有制";既不是重建"劳动力所有制",也不是重建"社会所有制";既不是重建"人人皆有的私有制",更不是重建资本主义私有制。它是要重建新型的更高形式的集体所有制,即集体公有制,而重建集体所有制恰恰应当成为我国国有企业产权制度改革的公有制走向。

| Abstract: | By analysing the contradiction of different understanding about the Re-construction of the individual ownership system, this paper solved the difficult problem of the dispute over the ownership in the 100 years by means of the argument offered by Marx himself, and presents a new recognition to " the reconstruction of the individual ownership system":Itisn't a "reconstruction of the means of capitalism private ownership system". It is to reconstuct a community ownership system at an even higher level, namely, a communitive public ownership system, and it should be a right way to reconstruct communitive ownership in the reformation of the state enterprise ownership. |
