| 摘 要： | 劳动力回流与劳动力转移是相伴而生的,金融危机的发生和蔓延使劳动力回流问题显性化.劳动力回流的主要原因有:失业、家事、个人原因和制度因素;学界对劳动力回流的效应存在争议:乐观的看法是回流劳动力从资金、技术、观念、创业等各方面促进了农村经济的发展;保守的看法认为回流劳动力的积极效应并不明显.本文认为,劳动力回流具有长期性及阶段性特征,学界应长期、客观公正地看待我国的劳动力回流问题.
