| 摘 要： | 经济全球化对广大的第三世界国家而言是一种不可逆转的客观趋势 ,是一个无法回避的挑战和利弊互见的发展过程。区域经济一体化是广大第三世界国家应对经济全球化的务实而明智的抉择。但是 ,在中东地区经济一体化的过程中 ,各种经济因素和非经济因素的影响仍然是制约其发展的重要方面。

| Abstract: | The economic globalization is an unchangeable objective trend for most countries of the Third World,and a developing process of an inevitable challenge and both advantages and disadvantages. Regional economic integration in the practical and wise choice toward the economic globalization for the Third World. Looking back on the history and the present condition, this article analyses both the non- economic and economic factors which condition the integration of this region in an objective way and also predicts its future. |
