| 摘 要： | 目前，编辑出版专业教育与编辑出版事业对人才的需求之间还存在着一定的矛盾。而化解矛盾的有效途径便是根据编辑素质的不同类别选择不同的教育模式。根据学术类编辑学者化、新闻类编辑政治化、普及教育娱乐类编辑知识化的基本要求，不论是对学院式教育模式还是继续教育模式，其培养目标和教学内容的选择都应有所侧重。

| Abstract: | There are certain contradictions between the editors' education and the press' need for talented persons. It is a effective way to ad opt different educational types depending on different editorial qualities to so lve the contradictions mentioned above, that means let editors of learned public ations to be scholarized,let editors of news agency to be politicized, and edito rs of popularized publications to be widely and variously knowledged. No matter what kind of education type will be taken, academy education or continous educat ion, we should pay attention to their educational aim and content,while making c hoices. |
