| 摘 要： | 通过对安徽师范大学83名在校研究生的问卷调查，得出师范院校研究生心理压力的主要来源，不同层次群体心理压力的基本特点，并分析产生这些压力的原因，为缓解研究生的心理压力，提高他们的心理健康水平提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | This paper is based on a survey of 83 postgraduates of Anhui Normal university .The results of this survey have identitied the sources of psychological stress and the characteristics of psychological stress of different groups of postgraduates. This paper analyzes the causes for such psychological stress, in order to reduce their psychological stress and improve their psychological health. |
