| Abstract: | After China's entry into the WTO, the situation of employment is getting more and more crucial due to the intensive competition of human resources. There are some new problems of the employment of college students concerning with the competition. Therefore, in order to create possibilities and good environment for the college students' employment, it depends on deepening the reform of high education and consammating the system of the college students' employment should be completed. |
