| 摘 要： | 当下大学正处于急剧变革之中,大学制度创新的必要性缘于社会转型、教育思想观念的转变和教育事业的快速发展。大学制度的创新应基于对我国大学制度的历史与现状的深刻把握,并努力处理好三个关系,即大学理念与大学制度的关系、“适应”与“卫道”的关系以及“他山之玉”与自主创新的关系。

| Abstract: | The universities are in the state of sharp transformation,and the university system have to be innovated in meet the social transformation,the changing of educational conception and the rapid development of educational cause.The creation of university system should be based on the history of our country's university system and the understanding of the present condition.The three relations should be well disposed,namely the relation between the university conception and the university system,the relation between "orientation" and "way of keeping" and the relation between "the jade of his mountain" and independent creative relation. |
