| 摘 要： | 幽门螺旋杆菌与慢性胃炎及消化性溃疡密切相关，但最近研究发现与某些耳鼻咽喉头颈外科疾病亦有一定关系。本文从阐述幽门螺旋杆菌的生物学性状、诊断技术、流行病学及抗幽门螺旋杆菌治疗入手，综述了幽门螺旋杆菌与耳鼻咽喉头颈外科疾病的关系，为从系统因素出发研究耳鼻咽喉头颈外科疾病提供新思路。
