| 摘 要： | 以计算机网络技术为核心的现代信息技术大发展推动了档案管理的信息化。但高等学校档案信息化建设中存在办公自动化与局域网欠完善，缺乏统一的标准规范，技术保障不够明确，认识与机制不够到位等问题，应当予以高度重视，加强队伍建设与制度建设，使这些问题得以逐步解决。
