论教师主体素质与增强思政课教学吸引力

摘    要:本文认为教师主体素质是增强高校思政课教学吸引力的"驱动盘"、"定向器"、"生长极"、"硬功夫"、"助推器"和"动力源",也即思想政治理论课教师主体素质优化需要提供内驱力、找准定向器、培育生长极、练就硬功夫、安置助推器和拓展动力源。

Abstract:The article has shown that teaching Ideological and Political Theory course is the main ways of transmission of Marxism.It can strengthen national self-confidence and cohesion.University is an important base for training high-quality personnel for socialist construction.To a large extent,the qualities of teachers determine the education of students.The improvement and development of teachers is endless.This article has shown that teacher's quality is the main source of teaching attractive.
