| 摘 要： | 本文认为教师主体素质是增强高校思政课教学吸引力的＂驱动盘＂、＂定向器＂、＂生长极＂、＂硬功夫＂、＂助推器＂和＂动力源＂,也即思想政治理论课教师主体素质优化需要提供内驱力、找准定向器、培育生长极、练就硬功夫、安置助推器和拓展动力源。

| Abstract: | The article has shown that teaching Ideological and Political Theory course is the main ways of transmission of Marxism.It can strengthen national self-confidence and cohesion.University is an important base for training high-quality personnel for socialist construction.To a large extent,the qualities of teachers determine the education of students.The improvement and development of teachers is endless.This article has shown that teacher＇s quality is the main source of teaching attractive. |
