| 摘 要： | 教育资源的低效率配置、经费严重不足与经费使用效益低下之间的矛盾是目前影响高校发展的一个严重问题。这个问题要通过科学预算管理、加强绩效考核来解决。本文提出一种基于BP神经网络的预算绩效考核模型，为高校科学预算管理提供一种新的思路。

| Abstract: | The inefficient allocation of educational resources, funding shortage and inefficient use of funds was impacted the contradiction between the development of a serious problem in colleges and universities. This question should be through the science budget management, strengthening performance appraisal to resolve. This paper presents a budget based on BP neural network performance evaluation model for university science and budget management to provide a new way of thinking. |
