| 摘 要： | 加强职业院校学生耐挫折品质的教育和培养是社会发展、时代进步对年轻一代的要求,也是职业教育学生个人就业、创业、立业的客观需要。鉴于职业教育学生的特点,耐挫折的教育和培养可采用如下方法:培养正确的挫折观;强化心理承受能力;进行系列挫折教育;利用各种挫折提高耐挫折能力;在比较中认识挫折;通过近现代史的渗透;加强日常生活中的艰苦磨练;发挥心理补偿功能;利用榜样的力量;运用高目标、小步子策略。

| Abstract: | Strengthening the education and cultivation of polytechnic students' setback-resistant quality is not only the requirement of social development and the progress of the times for the younger generation,but also the objective need of their individual employment,entrepreneurship and career success.Given the characteristics of polytechnic students,frustration tolerance education and cultivation can be as follows: cultivate the right attitude towards setbacks;strengthen the psychological ability;give a series of instructions about tow to treat setbacks;use various setbacks to increase setback-resistant ability;arouse the setback awarenessin comparison;infiltrate through modern and contemporary history;strengthen the hard temper in ordinary life;play psychological compensation function;set the shining examples;use strategy to realise high goal step by step. |
