| Abstract: | Foreign language anxiety is one of the most important effective factors,which influences students＇ language learning performance directly.Based on the analysis of the definition and the sources of language anxiety,combined with the author＇s teaching practice,this article puts forward some constructive strategies to reduce or overcome students＇ anxiety in foreign language learning. |
