| 摘 要： | 高校实行校、院二级管理模式后,二级学院办公室的管理至关重要。目前,高校二级学院办公室物质资源配置紧张,人力资源空间配置问题突出,从学生资源配置、教师结构、二级学院办公室人员队伍等方面实现人力资源的优化配置,提升二级学院管理水平,促进高校内部管理体制的改革迫在眉睫。

| Abstract: | The management of college office has been essential since the implementation of college system in universities.Now due to the intensive allocation of material resources in college office and the serious problem of spatial human resources allocation,it is in urgent need of optimizing assignments such as students resources,structure of teachers and staff of college office,so as to promote the management of college office,and accelerate the reformation of management system in college. |
